Viera, Fla. – Jan. 29, 2025 –RCLCO Real Estate Advisors (RCLCO) has released their list of the Top 20 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities (MPCs) across the United States. Viera, Florida has once again taken the spot as the 10th best-selling MPC in the country for 2024.
Jan. 9, 2025 – In January of each year John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC. releases a list of the Top 50 Master-Planned Communities across the United States. Viera, Florida has been listed in the Top 50 in every year in the past decade. In 2024, Viera had net sales of 555, the 23rd best showing in the U.S.
January 8, 2025 – The inaugural Viera’s Big Year, a year-long birding competition celebrating the remarkable avian diversity of Brevard County, has officially come to a close.
