October 21, 2024 – Miller’s Ale House joined the Viera family with a celebratory ribbon-cutting, where the company’s top management was on hand at the pre-opening rally to welcome the first Brevard location for the franchise.

Oct 4, 2024 – The Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association recently held the 2024 HBCA Parade of Homes Awards Dinner and The Viera Company, and authorized builders Viera Builders, CDS Builders, AR Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Joyal Homes, LifeStyle Homes, Stanley Homes and Del Webb at Viera took home honors.
October 3, 2024 – The culinary scene in Viera is about to have another new venue, just east of I-95 at The Crossings: Miller’s Ale House at 2005 Viera Blvd is set to open soon.
The Ritch Grissom Memorial Wetlands, commonly referred to as the Viera Wetlands, has officially reopened to the public.
