April 17, 2026 - Viera High School wrestler Ryauna Nepomuceno has been named FLORIDA TODAY All-Space Coast Girls Wrestler of the Year and earned her accolade through hard work.

April 13, 2026 - Eva McMenemy-Hoang has had an impressive year with the Viera High School Girls Soccer team, winning the Cape Coast Conference and advancing to the Class 6A semifinals. The Hawks also won district and region titles. FLORIDA TODAY recently honored the junior by naming her this year's FLORIDA TODAY All-Space Coast Soccer Player of the Year.
VHS Girl Wrestlers place sixth in state meet
March 11, 2026 - With four girls placing in the top eight in their weight class at the FHSAA state wrestling meet held from March 5-7 at Silver Spur Arena in Kissimmee, the Viera High School girl wrestlers placed sixth as a team with a score of 57.
