Jan. 9, 2025 – In January of each year John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC. releases a list of the Top 50 Master-Planned Communities across the United States. Viera, Florida has been listed in the Top 50 in every year in the past decade. In 2024, Viera had net sales of 555, the 23rd best showing in the U.S.
Rankings for the John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC Top 50 list are based on new home sales with feedback from industry contacts and boots-on-the-ground consultants that support the research which goes into producing the prestigious annual rankings.
According to the John Burns website: In 2024, builders effectively employed incentives and quick-move-in homes to address challenges, including elevated mortgage rates, political uncertainty, and growing competition. The 500+ communities we surveyed enticed homebuyers with their desirable lifestyles, including community amenities, good schools, and a variety of housing options.
