Central Viera Community Association (CVCA)

The CVCA is your master association in Central Viera. It presides over all district associations within the Central Viera Community boundaries. All neighborhoods and businesses in Central Viera belong to the CVCA.

Viera East Community Association, Inc. (VECA)

VECA is your master association in Viera East. It presides over the district associations within the Viera East Community boundaries.

Viera East Community Development District (VECDD) or (CDD)

The CDD was established under the Florida Statutes to fund development of community infrastructure and to provide future maintenance of CDD owned properties such as the Viera East Golf Course, Woodside Park, trails, drainage systems and several conservation areas. The exception to this district is the areas of Crane Creek, Six Mile Creek, Cross Creek and the Indian River Colony Club.

Viera Stewardship District

The Viera Stewardship District was established to provide efficient funding and a long-term maintenance mechanism for the public infrastructure associated with the planned development of the West Viera Development PUD.
