May 16, 2025 – Construction has started on a wonderful new amenity for Viera Town Center and when completed the lakefront park will be a gathering place for concerts, farmers markets, art shows and weekend fun, food and entertainment.
October 10. 2023 – Located in the heart of Viera Town Center, Urban Prime opened to the public on Monday, and the gourmet market and restaurant has created a great first impression.
August 22, 2022 – With groundbreaking expected soon, Viera Town Center should be home by next spring to Urban Prime, an open concept marketplace with a 300-seat restaurant.
October 25, 2019 — Chef Kyle of 28 North Gastropub, located at The Avenue Viera, recently took the top honors at the Gordon Foods Show VIP Reception at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando

March 14, 2019—Soon we’ll see yet another new hotel going up in Viera’s Town Center. The hotel will have 118 suites, and like the 116-room Fairfield Inn & Suites that opened up in May 2018, it is being developed by the Sycamore Investment Group which also owns and operates the Hampton Inn in Viera.
