March 14, 2019—Soon we’ll see yet another new hotel going up in Viera’s Town Center. The hotel will have 118 suites, and like the 116-room Fairfield Inn & Suites that opened up in May 2018, it is being developed by the Sycamore Investment Group which also owns and operates the Hampton Inn in Viera. The new 4-story extended-stay hotel, Home2 Suites by Hilton®, is designed for corporate travelers and families, and perfect for the large entourages of coaches, teams and their families and guests participating in events at USSSA Space Coast Stadium. All rooms will include a kitchenette and the hotel property will have an oversized patio and pool area, outdoor seating and grills, a fitness center, as well as free internet access and free breakfast

“Our other two properties in the area have performed well, and the timing was right to bring a new Hilton product to market in this area,” said Ronak Jasani, executive vice president, Sycamore Investment Group. “With close proximity to The Avenue shopping center, this is an ideal site for an extended-stay hotel and offers our guests access to dining and entertainment just steps away from the property.”

The Home2 Suites is expected to open its doors in early 2020.
