The Viera Company Announces Promotions
Eva Rey, Brent Albertson, and Karen Esposito have recently been promoted to new positions.
VIERA, FL – July 7, 2021 – The Viera Company has recently promoted Eva Rey to Vice President, Community Management & Communications; Brent Albertson to Vice President, Land Development; and Karen Esposito to Sales and Development Manager.

Eva has been with The Viera Company for six years, with her most recent role being Director, Community Management, Amenities, and Communications. Eva has extensive prior experience serving in the public sector. Prior to joining The Viera Company, she served as Town Hall Executive Director for Lakewood Ranch, a large master-planned community near Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida. Eva has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage the relationships between The Viera Company and the community with proactive initiatives that have enhanced resident knowledge and satisfaction while also fostering positive interactions with business organizations and the media. In her new role, Eva will continue to perform her current community management, amenities and communications duties on behalf of The Viera Company, but will now also provide oversight to The Viera Discovery Center. Brent Albertson has been with The Viera Company for four years, serving as Director, Land Development Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience working in the fields of consulting engineering, design-build general contracting, home building, and real estate development. Prior to joining The Viera Company, he worked as a Development and Construction Operations Consultant with Character Oaks Real Estate, Land Development Manager at both The Ryland Group and Meritage Homes and was Vice President of Development and Construction at McDonald Development Company. Brent will have enhanced responsibility and accountability for The Viera Company’s land development function in his new role. Pokrywa commented, “Brent is a great asset to our organization. As a professional engineer and general contractor with proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in both the residential and commercial sectors, he is a valued and key member of our core leadership group and will be increasingly instrumental in shepherding and delivering The Viera Company’s land development initiatives as we embark on our next phases of growth.”
Karen has been with The Viera Company for six years, serving as Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator and most recently as Sales Specialist, Residential and Commercial. Karen has recently obtained her real estate sales license and will use this knowledge to continue to assist in the management of the residential and commercial sales functions for the master-planned community of Viera as well as coordinate related land development functions tied to revenue generation. Karen will serve as the primary contact for our third party builders and update and maintain market studies, demographic reports and support the commercial sales functions. Miller also added, “Viera’s essential commercial and residential sales functions start and end with Karen.
