December 5, 2022 – Viera is in the heart of the Space Coast and a short ride up I-95 to the north takes a traveler to Kennedy Space Center, where many of the launches for the U.S. originate. It’s also the home of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, a major attraction where history and fun combine.

Each year at this time, KSC presents Holidays in Space. Now in its 11th year, Holidays in Space features a brand-new projection mapping show – Starflake’s Holiday Voyage – on the outside of Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex®. The show is projected directly onto the side of a building, creating a a breathtaking six-minute-long journey through the stars, earth, and beyond.

Visitors will enjoy the festive holiday décor that has taken over the visitor complex. New décor includes – a 50 foot tree illuminating the Rocket Garden and Gateway with more than 61,000 pixels of light, six-foot-tall astronaut nutcrackers and more. They will also see the return of favorite décor, such as the NASA meatball turned holiday ornament.

And there will be roaming street performances by a singing duo and comedy act in joyful outfits that are sure to get a smile out of the crowd.
