Todd Pokrywa, President of The Viera Company was on hand to address the crowd. The Viera Company was proud to convey the site to Brevard Public Schools, providing much needed education opportunities for middle school students.

The 138,000 square-foot school has a cafeteria/auditorium, Promethean boards, which are large, interactive whiteboards, in every classroom, three music rooms—chorus, orchestra and band, a robotic and aerospace lab and an “exploring technology for tech design” lab.

Classes start on August 12 and the school will initially welcome 700 students, although it was built to eventually accommodate 900 students.
