Viera Builders Ranks High in Builder 100

September 15, 2020 – Viera Builders has been ranked #117 by Builder Magazine in the annual BUILDER 100 and ranked in the NEXT 100 list. The annual listings look at the top 200 home builders across the United States, ranked by closings. The lists also include the firms’ gross revenue from home building operations, and where and what they built.

Viera Builders was the only company to make the NEXT 100 list 3 years running.  Viera Builders has shown explosive growth, with a 46% expansion in just 2 years.

According to the magazine, Viera Builders had 351 closings in 2019, up from 342 from the previous year, with $154M in revenue in 2019, up from $140M in 2018.
