Great New Stores Are On the Way to The Avenue Viera
June 9, 2025 – The Avenue Viera has announced new additions coming to Viera, although some open dates have not yet been revealed.
The new stores that are on the way include:
Clothing brand Tommy Bahama, jeweler Kendra Scott and Let’s Plant It, an interactive plant store.
These new additions join some others that were previously announced: American Eagle and its sub-brand Aerie— a clothing and accessory retailer and coastal-themed apparel brand Southern Tide. Although not officially announced, Orlando Business News has reported building permits filed May 19 for a Trader Joe’s grocery store at The Avenue Viera, in the location Michael’s currently occupies. Michaels announced closing is July 17.
According to Todd Pokrywa, president of The Viera Co., the investment at The Avenue Viera “is aligned with the strong demographics, including high household incomes, and the continued growth numbers in the master-planned community.”
