Get Ready for PARADE OF HOMES

The 2024 Parade of Homes starts Friday, September 27 and runs for 10 days. Hosted annually by the Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association, the Parade of Homes is a branded showcase of new and remodeled homes throughout our area.

A highlight is touring homes across Viera, the Showcase Community, as well as visitng a variety of other touring options across Brevard.

This year’s Showcase Home is the outstanding CDS Builders Live Oak model located on Gracewood Drive in the beautiful new neighborhood of Aripeka, an eco-community rich with nature views and community trails through majestic native oak, palm and pine hammocks. One of four gorgeous model homes in Aripeka, the Showcase Home is a must see.  Put it on your list.

The Public is invited to visit the Parade’s Showcase Community and Home Entries free of charge.

Beyond being the 2024 Parade Showcase Community, Viera has several models entered into the 2024 Parade of Homes, from award-winning builders AR Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Elan Builders, CDS Builders, Joyal Homes, Viera Builders and Del Webb at Viera.  You can visit models in the neighborhoods of Adelaide, Aripeka, Avalonia, Del Webb at Viera, Laurasia, Pangea Park and Reeling Park.
