Viera and Builders Big Winners at Parade of Homes Awards Dinner
Oct 4, 2024 – The Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association recently held the 2024 HBCA Parade of Homes Awards Dinner and The Viera Company, and authorized builders Viera Builders, CDS Builders, AR Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Joyal Homes, LifeStyle Homes, Stanley Homes and Del Webb at Viera took home honors.
Viera was spotlighted as The Showcase Community and Todd Pokrywa, president of the Viera Company was on hand with several of his crew to enjoy the evening.
The HBCA Showcase Home for 2024 is a home by CDS Builders, The Live Oak, available in the new development of Aripeka located off Lake Andrew Drive and Aripeka Drive in Viera. A different approach has been taken with this uniquely refreshing eco-neighborhood, rich with majestic oak, pine and palm hammocks. Initially, the land for Aripeka was all hunting land; about 400 acres were allocated to this new development.
Viera Builders had a big night, with five awards across several categories. Viera Builders won Diamond for The Mecina II in Reeling Park, Diamond for The Highland in Pangea Park, and Diamond for The Altamura II in Laurasia, won Platinum for The Ellington in Laurasia, and won Gold for The Parker II in Pangea Park.
Several other builders creating beautiful homes in Viera were also honored. In Adelaide, Christopher Burton Homes was honored with a Diamond Award for The Andros II and AR Homes was also honored with the Diamond Award for The Queensland. In Aripeka, Joyal Homes took home a Diamond Award for The Sandhill Key and.Stanley Homes won Diamond for The Maui II. LifeStyle Homes won Platinum for The Key Largo, also in Aripeka.
And the list of winner builders in Viera goes on. Del Webb/Pulte Homes won Gold for The Stardom model located in the community of Del Webb of Viera.
It was a great night for the Viera Company and the talented authorized builders in Viera creating amazing homes in our community.
