HOA Information
Membership of the local associations

Homeowner associations (HOA) provide a neighborhood with a shared set of values, an opportunity to enforce regulations that are consistent with statutory constraints, and are created for the betterment of the community. Association boards appoint corporate officers, create subcommittees and hold meetings that include members to better understand the wants and needs of the association members.
