Viera Hawks Baseball Advances to State
UPDATE: May 25, 2023 – Finishing the season as 6A State runners up, the Viera Hawks baseball team has achieved the highest finish in the program’s history. This is an amazing accomplishment to cap a fantastic year.

May 23, 2023 – The Viera Hawks baseball team is heading to the 6A State Title game, after shutting out the defending state champs 3-0. This will be the first time a Hawks baseball team has participated in the state championship, to be played tomorrow at 2:00 pm at Hammonds Stadium in Fort Myers.
According to reports, the Hawks were able to defeat the Doral Academy Firebirds with “outstanding pitching, great defense and timely runs.”
Viera congratulates these impressive Viera High baseball athletes and wishes them the best of luck as they vie to be the best in Florida in 6A ball. Go Hawks!
