2024 Brings New Growth to Borrows West

January 31, 2024 – Exit I-95 at the Viera Boulevard exit, head toward Lake Andrew Drive and within moments one of the entrances to Borrow West will come into view. This dynamic area of Viera has already welcomed several businesses and that pace is expected to continue into 2024.

Borrows West entranceBorrows West already has a Chick-fil-A, ACE Hardware, Wawa, the Linz luxury apartments, Sundance Family Dental and the Borrows West Park featuring a large lake and a mile-long walking trail from which to enjoy the view.

And lots of fun is in the works. Soon if you feel like yelling “Opa”, you’ll find the perfect spot to raise a glass and enjoy authentic Greek cuisine at the new Olive Tree Greek Grill (joining a sister restaurant at The Avenue Viera). Also, in the future you can sample some vino at the Venezia Wine Veranda or give in to a craving for a prime burger and a brew at Ford’s Garage.

Or if you happen to be wearing a grass skirt (we won’t judge) when Tiki Docks opens, you can relax in a casual Polynesian-style restaurant that will also be joining the line-up.

Plan to bring your family when these new hotels are ready! You can get them a room at one of the new hotels in Borrows West, the Hilton Garden Inn or the Homewood Suites.

“We are allowing Borrows West to grow organically,” said Eva Rey, vice president of community management and communications at the Viera Company, “and ensure that the needs and demands of the market dictate the type of businesses that decide to join this vibrant, regional, and commercial hub.”

It’s been true for a while now, and it’s still the case – there is always something new and exciting happening in Viera – and Borrows West.
