January 17, 2023 – Viera, Florida is ranked 8th and 10th of the Top 50 Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities in the nation for 2022. This is exciting news and the press has taken notice. Viera leadership was extensively quoted in a recent article in Florida Today. Here are some highlights.
January 6, 2023 – Viera, Florida has broken into the Top 10 rankings for its sales performance in 2022. For 2021, Viera was ranked #13 with RCLCO and #15 with John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC.
December 11, 2022 – Eleven members of the VHS instrumental music program (a school record) are heading to All-State Music Conference, along with two students from the vocal music program.
December 5, 2022 – Viera is in the heart of the Space Coast and a short ride up I-95 to the north takes a traveler to Kennedy Space Center, where many of the launches for the U.S. originate.

November 14, 2022 – In a nail-biting and valiant effort, the Viera Hawks Varsity Girls Volleyball team came this close to taking it all at the Florida 6A volleyball state championship.
November 7, 2022 – Todd Pokrywa, president of the Viera Company recently combined his skill in road hockey with a talent for fund raising at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer tournament.
October 24, 2022 – Two new restaurants are in the planning stages for Borrows West in Viera: Ford’s Garage and Tiki Docks Bar and Grill.
October 20, 2022 – Recently, the Girls Golf team for the VHS Hawks won the Cape Coast Conference to become champions.
October 17, 2022 – Dassault Falcon Jet, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation a global leader in the aerospace industry, has selected Florida’s Space Coast for its new major maintenance facility.
