Urban Prime Joins Viera Town Center

 

October 10. 2023 – Located in the heart of Viera Town Center, Urban Prime opened to the public on Monday, and the gourmet market and restaurant has created a great first impression.

A welcome addition to Viera, the restaurant has 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with the market utilizing another 4,500 square feet. It’s the fulfillment of a long-time dream of owner Ercan Ekinci, whose vision is apparent in every detail.

 

The festivities kicked off on Saturday night, when 400 of Ekinci’s ‘closest friends’ toured the facility and indulged in many of the new hot spot’s culinary delights. The menu is extensive and eclectic, with gourmet burgers, Chili Lime Tuna, New England Lobster Roll, Plum BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Baked Gulf Oysters, Blue Crab Artichoke Dip, a Nashville Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich, Lump Crab and Tomato Confit Fritata—just to name a few selections.

Craft cocktails are served at the indoor bar as well as at a bar on the expansive patio.

 

Ekinci’s special touch can also be found in the market, with a huge 1,400-bottle wine cellar, bins with locally sourced and specialty fresh fruits and vegetables and shelves holding Urban Prime-branded pasta as well as a full deli for meals on the go. When you visit, and we know you will, don’t miss the fresh seafood and very fine sushi bar.

Urban Prime, directly across from The Avenue Viera, is located within walking distance of townhomes, apartments and two hotels in Viera Town Center, and will be a great place for these people to gather for food and fun within walking distance from home. Or they can arrive via golf cart. There are special parking places just for them.

 

 

The marketplace is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The restaurant is open 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
