TIKI DOCKS PLANNED FOR BORROWS WEST
July 15, 2026 – Scheduled to open in early 2027, Tiki Docks Bar & Grill is a tropical-inspired restaurant and bar that will feature Florida-fresh food, rum-based drinks and a waterfront atmosphere. Well, aloha!
Scott Miller, Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Community Development, welcomed Tiki Docks to Viera, noting in a statement that the restaurant “perfectly aligns with our vision of creating an exceptional, vibrant waterfront destination in Borrows West.”
“By pairing their immersive, energetic Polynesian concept with Viera’s outdoor lifestyle, Tiki Docks fulfills the vision of a lakefront anchor for Borrows West and the central Space Coast,” Miller added. “Tiki Docks will deliver a unique, seafood-forward culinary experience and a social gathering space that elevates the everyday quality of life for our residents and visitors from across the region.”
Bringing even more choice to Viera’s Borrows West, the 9,300-square-foot Tiki Docks will have plenty of indoor seating as well as a covered patio to serve 300 customers at a time.
The menu has plenty of Florida favorites, like shucked-to-order oysters, seafood baskets, gourmet burgers, lobster rolls, chicken wings and Key lime pie.
No word yet on whether grass skirts will be required (this just in, they will not), but get ready to party tiki style, when this new entertainment venue comes to town.
