May 1, 2024 – General Hotels Corporation in partnership with Weathervane Capital Partners, Chris Schulhof Investment Group, and Sangha Investments LLC, announced recently the topping off of its new hotel in Viera, FL, signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 131-room hotel is slated to open Summer 2024.
