In 2015, Karen joined The Viera Company and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Community Development. Karen provides strategic direction for internal and external builder residential sales, commercial sales, ground leases, and community development functions. Leveraging deep market expertise and sound business judgment, Karen identifies and cultivates best-in-class residential, retail, and commercial partners to further enhance the value and long-term success of the Viera Community. Karen helps guide the overall marketing strategy for the MPC of Viera, providing oversight and direction to community marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support continued growth.

Karen belongs to the professional organizations Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and the Space Coast Association of Realtors and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License, in addition to being elected to the Board of Supervisors for the Viera Stewardship District. She also is long standing member of Viera’s Plan Review Committee.

Karen graduated with honors from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Along with her husband Brian, Karen has been proud to call Viera home for over 20 years. They have a daughter in college and a son in high school.
