October 13, 2025 – The Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association recently held the 2025 HBCA Parade of Homes Awards Dinner and The Viera Company, and authorized builders Viera Builders, CDS Builders, AR Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Joyal Homes, LifeStyle Homes, Stanley Homes and Del Webb at Viera took home honors.
Aripeka in Viera was spotlighted as The Showcase Community and Todd Pokrywa, president of the Viera Company was on hand with several of his crew to enjoy the evening.
The HBCA Showcase Home for 2025 is a home by Joyal Homes, The Sandhill Key Oak, available in the new development of Aripeka located off Lake Andrew Drive and Aripeka Drive in Viera. A different approach has been taken with this uniquely refreshing eco-neighborhood, rich with majestic oak, pine and palm hammocks. Initially, the land for Aripeka was all hunting land; about 400 acres were allocated to this new development.
Viera Builders had a big night, with several awards across various categories. Viera Builders won Diamond for The Altamura II in Laurasia, Diamond for the Granada II in Reeling Park and Diamond for The Easton II in Crossmolina. Viera Builders also won Platinum for The Chase II in Farallon Fields.
And the list of winner builders in Viera goes on. Lifestyle Homes won Diamond for The Key Largo in Aripeka, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes won Diamond for The Andros II in the Viera community of Adelaide, AR Homes won Platinum for The Custom Milan II in Adelaide, CDS Builders won Diamond for The Live Oak in Aripeka, Stanley Homes won Platinum for The Emerald, also in Aripeka. With so many winning builders in Aripeka it’s easy to see why it was named the Showcase Community. Del Webb/Pulte Homes won Diamond for The Mystique model located in the community of Del Webb At Viera.
