September 18, 2026 – The Doing Business on the Space Coast event was sponsored by the Orlando Business Journal and featured Todd Pokrywa, President, The Viera Company; Chief Operating Officer, Real Estate Group, A. Duda & Sons, Inc.
Pokrywa joined a panel to discuss master-planned communities and Space Coast growth with aerospace and port leaders.
According to The Orlando Business Journal, the program, held on September 17 in Melbourne, was designed around the Space Coast’s continued growth—from the launch pad to the seaport, and from master-planned communities to corporate investment. Florida’s Space Coast is one of state’s fastest-growing regions.
“Florida’s Space Coast is at an exciting point in its growth,” Pokrywa said, “with tremendous opportunities ahead across aerospace, infrastructure, business development, housing, workforce and quality of life. It was a privilege to share my perspective on the role thoughtful strategic growth will play on shaping our region’s future.”

Discussion topics included the opportunities, infrastructure demands and planning challenges accompanying that growth.
