Plans for New Lifestyle Center “Viera Station” Move Forward
February 24, 2023 – Just east of I-95 and on the south side of Viera Blvd, a new Lifestyle Center called Viera Station is being developed. With more than 132,000 square feet for stores, shops, restaurants and a proposed anchor of a grocery, the center will add even more variety to an area that already has Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A and McDonalds.
According to Florida Today, the developer expects the center to have a specialty grocery, a large home improvement store with garden center and three or four restaurants, although only one tenant has been confirmed: Miller’s Ale House, a sports-themed restaurant chain with 90 locations in 10 states.
