Viera, FL RANKED AMONG TOP 25 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities

July 31, 2019 – For the last 25 years, RCLCO has conducted a national survey identifying the top-selling Master Planned Communities (MPCs) in the nation. Earlier this month, they released their mid-year 2019 results, which ranked Viera, Florida as the 5th top-selling Master Planned Community in the state of Florida and 25th in the nation. The rankings are based on new-homes sales, with feedback from industry contacts and consultants, whose research supports this prestigious annual compiling.

“Florida once again represents a majority of the nation’s 50 top-selling MPCs. And this trend is expected to continue as communities like…Viera continue to experience success,” according to RCLCO’s mid-year rankings report.
