Brevard Zoo Celebrates 30 Years
March 25, 2024 – Brevard Zoo is one of the best in the country, and that’s not just the local opinion. This year, for the fifth year in a row, the zoo was nominated as one of the top in North America by USA Today’s 10 Best Reader Choice awards. And the zoo is also celebrating their 30th anniversary, which means plenty of special activities to make a visit even more fun. We’ll let them tell you about it:
For three decades, we’ve been dedicated to sharing the joy of nature and fostering a deeper connection between wildlife and people. As a community-built zoo, we are incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped us push forward our integral work in animal wellbeing, education, and conservation. We can’t wait to see what the next 30 years holds.
During the Brevard Zoo’s 30th Birthday Celebration, guests were asked to share memories as they visited the Celebration Garden, signed birthday banners and captured stories on video.
Mini-celebrations will take place on the 30th of every month through January 2025
