NEW STORE COMING TO THE AVENUE VIERA – NOURISH
January 26, 2026 – The Avenue Viera continues to bring in exciting additions to their roster of more than 80 shops and restaurants, and these will soon be joined by a new offering: Nourish soap company.
Nourish opened its first location locally in Melbourne in 2000 and has expanded its operation to include three stores in Georgia and one in South Carolina. The sixth location in Viera will feature the company’s soap and skincare brand, which includes handcrafted, naturally derived soaps and body care products. Not only are the products environmentally friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable—the packaging for the products also fits this description.
The Avenue Viera had a great year for additions in 2025, with 10 retailers opening their doors, including the much-anticipated Trader Joe’s.
Todd Pokrywa, President at The Viera Company, said The Avenue Viera “is aligned with the strong demographics, including high household incomes and the continued growth numbers in the master-planned community.”
It’s an exciting time to watch the growth in Viera, with the expanded opportunities for shopping and dining answering the demand of a population that grew 63% in the decade following 2010. Viera continues to grow and the community continues to meet that growth with innovation.
