MOVING FORWARD: Amazing Explorers Academy

July 29, 2020-The Amazing Explorers Academy is taking shape in its new Viera location. The Academy strives to foster an environment where little minds thrive and develop lifelong learning skills.

Educating today’s children for tomorrow’s world is part of the mission of Amazing Explorers Academy, which includes a STEAM curriculum that focuses on science, technology, engineering, arts and math. At Amazing Explorers Academy, children get hands-on experience. Activities are especially designed so children have the option to explore, investigate and create.

Within the STEAM curriculum, Academy kids can learn the basics of computer coding, video animation and robotics. Classrooms are designed to connect visually to the play yard, creating beautiful views and lots of light. Unique play structures encourage kids to use their imaginations. Grass turf includes mounds to climb and places to crawl, with care to ensure heights and options suit a variety of ages.

Classrooms include some with quiet reading nooks and areas that double as a stage so children can exercise their imaginations. Amazing Explorers accepts children from ages 6 weeks old to 5 years old and has before and after school programs for children ages 5 to 12.
