Duran Championship Course Summer Renovation
Duran Golf Club Championship Course will close for renovation starting today.
This comprehensive renovation project is designed to revitalize our 18-hole course and ensure high-quality playing conditions for the next 20 years. Tradewinds Restaurant will also be going through renovations at the same time.
Remember that our 30-acre Golf Development Center, a par 3 course and range that is a World Class facility and among the best in the USA, will remain open during these times.
Our expansive driving range also features the TRACKMAN©️ Range, a flexible golf-ball tracking solution with tour-proven technology and the industry’s best Virtual Golf, Practice, and Entertainment software.
The Development Center was incorporated as a location for golfers of all skill levels to enhance their golf skills.
We can’t wait to share what’s ahead and look forward to reopening in September (date TBD). Thank you for your continued support and patience during this exciting new chapter!
Scope of work:
- full green replacement
- tee leveling
- resodding of high wear areas
- restoration of select native landscapes
- key agronomic practices such as aerification and thatch removal
Duran’s Tradewinds Restaurant is being renovated with new flooring and paint, fixtures and furniture, an expanded storage capacity and a redesigned bar area.
