Dining Choices Coming to Borrows West

October 24, 2022 – It’s a question as recurring as hunger itself, “Where are we going to eat today?” Luckily, Viera has a multitude of choices in just about every style and cuisine. But there is always room for more.

Borrows West, just north of the stadium and near Viera Boulevard, is one of the newest and fastest growing areas of Viera and two new restaurants are in the planning stages for the neighborhood: Ford’s Garage and Tiki Docks Bar and Grill.

Ford’s Garage has the unusual decor choice of nostalgic Ford vehicles. The eateries take the vibe of a 1920s service station, with gas pumps and fixtures along with the Fords. With gourmet burgers and craft beer, the Garage sounds like a great place to “fill ‘er up.”

Tiki Docks Bar and Grill is equally fanciful, calling themselves a relocated South Pacific tropical escape. Tiki shaped drink glasses sporting fruit slices, lots of seafood including oysters on the half shell and decorations to transport you to the islands make this look like a unique experience. So far, there is no indication on whether grass skirts are required.

The new restaurants are set to open in 2023 and will join an array of eating choices that already caters to every taste.  Since variety is the spice of life, hop in your Ford and head for the South Seas.
