May 1, 2024 – General Hotels Corporation in partnership with Weathervane Capital Partners, Chris Schulhof Investment Group, and Sangha Investments LLC, announced recently the topping off of its new hotel in Viera, FL, signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 131-room hotel is slated to open Summer 2024.
April 23, 2024 – According to the latest U.S. News & World Report Public High School Rankings, which collects data on 25,000 public high schools around the nation, Viera High School is ranked as 113 in Florida and 1,655 in the nation.
