Oct 4, 2024 – The Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association recently held the 2024 HBCA Parade of Homes Awards Dinner and The Viera Company, and authorized builders Viera Builders, CDS Builders, AR Homes, Christopher Burton Luxury Homes, Joyal Homes, LifeStyle Homes, Stanley Homes and Del Webb at Viera took home honors.

7/31/24 – It was an exciting day at the brand new Viera Middle School as school board members, officials and the principal gathered to cut the ribbon.

July 25, 2024 – With consistently high scores across the board, Viera High School has been awarded a “A” grade by the Florida Department of Education for the 2023-24 school year. Brevard County schools, taken collectively also got an A.
July 18, 2024 – Former Viera Hawks pitcher Dylan Jordan was chosen by the Los Angeles Angels in the 5th round of the MLB Draft, as the 143rd overall pick. Former VHS catcher Alan Espinal was called up in the 11th round of Major League Baseball’s draft as the third pick by the Colorado Rockies, making him the fourth VHS player ever to be drafted.
July 12, 2024 – Port Canaveral welcomed the highly anticipated Utopia of the Seas, as the Royal Caribbean ship arrived stateside at the port on Thursday.
