BREVARD COUNTY RECOGNIZES A. DUDA & SONS
September 16, 2026 – Recently, the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners recognized A. Duda & Sons, Inc., Viera’s parent company, with a special resolution commemorating Duda’s 100th anniversary.
Founded in 1926 by Andrew Duda, a first-generation American with Slovak roots, A. Duda & Sons has grown across five generations while remaining grounded in family, faith, integrity and thoughtful stewardship of the land.
As the parent company of The Viera Company and its Brevard County businesses, the Duda family’s legacy is deeply woven into the fabric of our community. From agriculture and ranching to the development of Viera, A. Duda & Sons has played a lasting role in the growth and character of Central Florida.
