ARIPEKA OF VIERA IS THE 2025 PARADE OF HOMES SHOWCASE COMMUNITY
September 16, 2025 – Excitement is building for the 2025 Parade of Homes that is fast approaching. Parade of Homes will be held from September 26 through October 5.
Viera is pleased to share that the Showcase Community this year will be our own Aripeka. Aripeka features established oak, palm and pines in a carefully considered eco-community design enhanced by trails, parks, lakes and roadways that beautifully connect nature and family life.
The beautiful Sandhill Key model by JOYAL Homes in Aripeka has been chosen to be the Showcase Home for the Parade of Homes, a testament to the classic design and livability of this spacious home.
Hosted annually by the Home Builders & Contractors Association of Florida’s Space Coast, the Parade of Homes is a branded showcase of new and remodeled homes throughout our area. Tour homes from the Showcase Community of Aripeka as well as a variety of other amazing new construction and remodeled homes in Viera and across Brevard. Viera Builders is the Host Sponsor for the event this year.
The public is invited to visit the Parade’s Showcase Community and Home Entries free of charge. Many of the builders creating homes in Viera are participating in the Parade of Homes and will have models available for tours.
