THE VIERA COMPANY AND VIERA BUILDERS ANNOUNCE PROMOTIONS AND A NEW HIRE AT THE LEADERSHIP LEVEL
March 6, 2026 – The Viera Company and Viera Builders have announced a new hire and promotions that are part of recent organizational changes in support of leadership’s efforts to continue to increase efficiencies in areas of its real estate operations as it prepares for future growth both inside and outside Viera.
The recent leadership promotions and new staff are:
Robin Aldridge, Division President (Viera Builders – Promotion)
Scott Butler, Senior Vice President, Land Acquisition (Viera Builders – New Hire)
Mark Boyd, General Counsel (The Viera Company – Promotion)
Robin Aldridge has been promoted to Division President, Viera Builders, recognizing her recently expanded responsibilities that encompass all homebuilding activities. Robin has advanced through the organization assuming roles with increasing scope and impact over the past decade including most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Viera Builders. Robin’s primary focus will remain on continuing to strengthen Viera Builders’ operations in Viera while also facilitating operations for new projects outside Viera.
Scott Butler has joined the Viera Builders’ team as Senior Vice President, Land Acquisition, and will enhance the company’s focus on its “Beyond Viera” initiative as he begins to collaborate with DUDA Real Estate Group leadership across all divisions relating to potential opportunities outside the master-planned community of Viera. Throughout his career, Scott has directed the acquisition and development of more than $650 million in land and residential assets spanning master-planned communities, multi-phase developments, and large-acreage projects.

With that spirit in mind, I’m pleased to join the Viera Builders team to help advance our strategic land acquisition initiatives and extend the Viera lifestyle to new markets beyond the community of Viera. Mark Boyd has been promoted to General Counsel with The Viera Company. Mark previously served as Associate Counsel and Senior Counsel, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility for the company. Mark’s dedication, commitment, experience, and legal expertise make him a trusted advisor to management where he provides sound judgment and strategic legal counsel.
