Viera Ranks High in the Mid-2022 RCLCO Results

July 22, 2022 – For the past 28 years, RCLCO has conducted a national survey identifying the top-selling Master Planned Communities (MPCs) in the country. The RCLCO Mid-2022 results ranked Viera, Florida 13th in the nation. Viera also held this rank at the end of 2021.

The rankings are based on new-homes sales, with feedback from industry contacts and consultants, whose research supports this prestigious annual compilation.  According to RCLCO data, by mid-year Viera has achieved 381 sales.
