Louisiana-inspired Restaurant Breaks Ground
July 17 – Local dignitaries gathered today for a special groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the first Viera location for Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux. The family-friendly restaurant is known for its signature Louisiana-inspired menu.
Todd Pokrywa, President of The Viera Company was on hand and welcomed the Walk-On’s family to the heart of Viera, just north of the Shoppes at Lake Andrew.
Guests were able to sample Walk-On’s Taste of Louisiana, which features items such as its popular Krispy Kreme® Bread Pudding.
Walk-On’s is expected to open in early 2021 and will begin hiring up to 200 individuals soon. The 7,500-square-foot facility will be located at 8550 Napolo Drive in Viera.
