The Future Viera Town Center Announces its First Anchor, a Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel.
Viera, Fla. – March 15, 2017 – This morning, at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Viera Town Center Hotel, The Viera Company was proud to welcome Fairfield Inn & Suites to the community of Viera.
The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel will be located directly across from The Avenue Viera on the future site of the Viera Town Center. The 116 room and suite, modern style hotel will offer a wide range of amenities and large studio-style suites with separate sitting and living areas. The Fairfield Inn & Suites will be catering to a variety of Viera’s visitors by offering both short and long-term rentals, affording guests a relaxing and refreshing home away from home.
