Viera means faith, in the Slovak language of the Duda family. Since the 1900’s the Duda family has displayed a profound connection to their faith and to their community.
As Viera has grown, the values of faith, family and stewardship–to the people and of the land–have been steadfast virtues continuing to influence the community today.
