DUDA LEGACY

DUDA LEGACY

Welcome to Our Family

Welcome to Our Family

The community of Viera is the embodiment of a long-standing vision of the Duda family demonstrating the quality of a new type of development.

On a beloved ranch owned by the Duda family of Oviedo, Florida, is Viera: a mix of residential and commercial development with lands set aside for the continued stewardship of the environment.

An important part of the success of Viera has been the consistency of having a single owner/master developer with the advantage of already owning the property.

More profound is the Duda family’s environmental stewardship and long, successful history in land management, ranching and farming. The priority to continue to fulfill the ‘vision’ of Viera is to develop in the best way possible, for its residents and Brevard county, for habitat preservation and environmental protection, and for the legacy of the Duda family and their fifth-generation business.
